Jilin Province --- Plan to invest 7.1 billion RMB for 19 wastewater treatment plants.
Hebei Province --- Plan to invest 5.8 million RMB in wastewater treatment plant construction.
Anhui Province --- Enhancing the construction of wastewater treatment plants and targeting to cover all the cities in Huai River Basin and Chao Lake Basin.
Nanchong City, Sichuan Province --- Plan to invest 540 million RMB to expand wastewater treatment plants.
Jiangxi Province --- Plan to invest 6 billion RMB to establish 80 wastewater treatment plants before the end of 2010.
Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province --- Plan to invest 830 million RMB for urban wastewater management this year.
Fujian Province --- Plan to invest 3.1 billion RMB in wastewater management, including newly establish 53 wastewater treatment plants, and invest 1.8 billion on 1380 kilometer networks.
Hanjiang Area, Fujian Province --- Plan to invest 99.44 million RMB for wastewater network construction and another 400 million RMB to establish a wastewater treatment plant and networks.
